Как на фото. Кому важно: разброс сопротивления у каждого резистора свой (от 470 кОм до 530 кОм), абсолютного нуля нет (минимальное значение 4-5 Ом), такого тактильного ощущения как от "серьёзных" потенциометров нет ). но смазка есть - и ход плавный.
